Financial Support

We are seeking Very Limited Financial Support. There are two ways to help:

• For those who want to make a monetary contribution intended to directly fund the preparation or submission of the brief, donations will be limited to the first ten individuals who will donate a minimum of $1,500.00. Only ten donors will be allowed to donate.

  Those funds will be held in trust by our attorney, until directly applied to offset the legal and printing fees. Those who assist in this manner will have their name disclosed in the actual filing, as required by Supreme Court Rule 37.6, thus their names will be a permanent record in the archives of the United States Supreme Court. Each of these individuals will receive an exact copy of the Brief bound in Book form (“Book”), which will be archived in the files of the Supreme Court, a conformed (file stamped) copy of the face page of the 8 ½” x 11” filing (suitable to be framed)

  Financial Sponsors will be limited to a total of not more than 10 individuals. Donations intended to directly fund the preparation or submission of the brief will not be accepted from any form of organization or entity.

• For those who want to make a general monetary contribution not intended to directly fund the preparation or submission of the brief, they can purchase a copy of the Book for $150.00, or a copy of the conformed (file stamped) face page of the 8 ½” x 11” paper filing (suitable to be framed) for $50.00. Proceeds from the book and the conformed face page will be used for general expenses, and may be used to offset any direct or indirect expense related to the preparation or filing of the brief. To the extent that these funds are being used to purchase the books and the conformed face pages, they are transactional proceeds and not donations. Accordingly, the names of these individuals will not be listed in the brief or in the Book.
